The attachment of Muslims with the Qur’an is a prerequisite for the “fire of faith” to keep burning in their hearts. Dr. Abu Ameenah Bilal Philips (B.A. in Usool ad-Deen from the Islamic University of Madeena as well as a Ph.D in Islamic Theology) who reverted to Islam in 1972 encourages Muslims to hearten to the message of the Qur’an in order to enhance their faith. In this programme he also enlightens us on the historical aspects of Islam with regards to Islamic Jurisprudence (Fiqh) and a scientific study of the compilations of the traditions of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).
